This setup wizard will help you validate the proper functioning of your workstation and devices to participate in a virtual meeting on the Via platform. Before starting the test, make sure to plug your external speakers or headset and your Web camera (if necessary).

For the microphone, select the microphone you wish to use, then adjust its volume and click on “Record”. Simply speak into your microphone during the countdown on screen. A coloured line will fluctuate with the sound of your voice. Once you have completed your recording, click on “Listen to recording” to listen to your own voice.

For the camera, exit all other applications that are likely to use your camera in order for your Web camera to be detected in this test.
